Mission

 

In February 2005, Kevin A. Williams founded "Wrap4Asmile" program. The Foundation was established and designed to extend community outreach to those less fortunate, encourage youth to participate in local community service projects and to promote public healthcare programs. Wrap4ASmile program raises funds, collects products, packs care bags, and distributes personal care items that cannot be purchased with food stamps.



Do you know?

Food Stamps can buy:

  • Food for human consumption

  • Seeds and plants which produce food for consumption by the food stamp households.

 

Food Stamps can NOT buy any nonfood items, such as:

  • Soaps, paper products, and household supplies

  • Vitamins and medicines

What items are being distributed by Wrap4Asmile program?

“A” Bag for Adults and Children age above 12:
1 bar of soap, 1 toothbrush, 1 bottle of shampoo, 1 deodorant, 1 sanitary item,
1 roll of toilet paper, and 1 washcloth.

“K” Bag for Children age 12 and under:
1 bar of soap, 1 toothbrush, 1 bottle of shampoo, 1 body lotion, 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 washcloth, 1 drawing or coloring book with crayons.

Wrap4aSmile program would like to reach out to as many people as possible who are less fortunate and in need of help.

Do you know how many people are poor in America?

  • 36 million Americans live in poverty.

Do you know how many children in the U.S. live in poverty?

  • 17% of children live below the poverty level.

 

Wrap4ASmile personal care bags are also suitable as first aid kits in emergency situation.

 

How will Wrap4ASmile bags be distributed?

 

Through social services departments, and charitable organizations that support the mission of this program.
